Popped in here after our walk in the week. It was such a lovely place. I took my wellies off and left them on a mat and stayed in my socks. I didn't want to put mud everywhere. The staff were lovely. They were friendly and chatty and very unconcerned about any mud I may have bought in. They just set to with the cleaning and nothing was a problem. The tomato and basil soup was gorgeous. Very hot and tasty. The tables were filling up as lunch time progressed but there was plenty of room between them so it wasn't crowded. The toilet was nice and clean and I was very impressed. I don't live too far away so will be back again.

We had an absolutely brilliant breakfast here. Plenty to choose from and great if you have children. As you can see from my photo there is plenty in the cooked breakfast. There was a beautiful array of cakes too. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Lovely and clean which was reassuring. Each time a table was vacated someone would clean the table, chairs and even the menus which I thought was really impressive. Excellent place to eat, go knowhere else!
